Before we dive right in, let’s have a moment together.
I’m a seasoned digital troubleshooter — a passionate leader with a proven track record for translating complex ideas into slick, successful, executable deliverables. I’ve managed and motivated interdisciplinary teams, both as an official in-house go-to guy and freelance topgun. I’ve built and managed brands from the ground up, worn just about every hat on the rack, and once ran faster than a speeding bullet. Don’t let my slick graphics and weakness for type fool you; this is all a plot for world domination, one project at a time.
I’ve worked with some pretty cool brands, everything from mom-and-pop locals, universities, and international game developers.
I left education and the corporate world and built the Flying Boat Brewing Company, a full 15BBL production brewery in St. Petersburg, FL. I was also an active (and late) emeritus board member of the Tampa Bay Beer Week, a non-profit organization supporting local craft and running one of the best beer events in the country. When I wasn’t peddling craft I’m part of the creative team at Budgie Smuggler Games (on hiatus) while also working as a freelance writer and product developer for Catalyst Game Labs’ award-winning BattleTech game universe. I also support BattleTech community initiatives like OurBattleTech.com and the fantastic Chatterweb BattleTech Podcast. Basically, I roll with a bunch of creative hotshots.
My key areas of experience include Project Management, Web-Sales, Product and Application Development, and Product Pipelining. I enjoy working with different stacks, like Laravel, Filament, Alpine, Tailwind, Breakdance, and Node/React, but I’m a PHP nerd at heart. I’ve also been known to write a few lines of killer fiction from time to time, and I can teach your cat to play fetch.
So, I pretty much do what needs doing. Next stop: tackling sustainable fusion energy and growing deck tomatoes (nailed it) in my garden. You can find a complete list of my works here.
